Skateboard from the 2021 Ukiyo-E collection. It is the first collection ever made.
This deck is the number “shi” (4). In it appears the model dressed as an ancient samurai. Based on the clothes of a Ukiyo-E drawing preserved in time. The model carries the “Basutāsōdo” or “deadly sword”, as it travels towards its destination mounted on a log that it has previously thrown away.
He is accompanied by his cat “Gatzara”, and shows a yellowish hue in the sky.
So far, there are 4. It has been printed once in 8″ size and three times in 8.5″ size.
It can be made in different sizes (7.75″ / 8″ / 8.25″ / 8.5″ / 9″).
The wood is 100% Canadian maple in the form of 7 sheets pressed in Europe. The printing is by SlipLayer system, a method that allows excellent image quality and detail. Both for skating and for decorating, it’s a good quality board.
